ECM Records
Year 2004 marks the 35 th anniversary of ECM Records, founded by Manfred Eicher in Munich in 1969, and also the 20th anniversary of ECM New Series, which was launched in 1984. The range of music addressed over the years, in almost 900 record productions of improvised music and notated music, cannot be easily summarized, although innovation has been a hallmark of the work at all levels. The ECM label has altered musical history. ECM has gone on to become the most important imprint in the world for jazz and new music, as well as ECM New Series, Rune Grammofon, WATTXtraWATT and Carmo.


ENJA Records was established in 1971 in Munich by long-time jazz fans Matthias Winckelmann and Horst Weber. Today, ENJA has become a label which is highly respected worldwide and is distributed to most parts of the globe. They offer quality music to that minority of people who live in all societies and who have not succumbed to the ever spreading, monotonous mass culture.


ACT Music
ACT publishing and sub-label "emoción / emotion" specialize in Jazz, Blues and World-Music. Founder Siegfried Loch wanted to present music to people with open ears and open minds. "I believe in the concept of world jazz, not just Afro-American jazz, but this is not a multi-cultural question, but that of multi-individualism", says Loch . Today ACT is at the forefront of the concept of world jazz reflecting music with many different accents and dialects.


Doublemoon Records from Turkey was conceived with the intention to create a brand new 'world music' sound with a touch of jazz. Doublemoon's motto: "Jazz is the ethnic music of this planet," summarizes the label's vision.
